In the great State of Texas we are not allowed to sell alcohol as a mobile bar. We are considered a "Dry Hire". What that means is you purchase the alcohol and we serve it. This is actually a plus for you because that means you will never be upcharged on your alcohol and you are buying wholesale. Now that's freedom!
We have customized popular packages for convenience, however we are also open to completely customizing to your vision, so feel free to drop us a line or request a consultation if you need a little bit more!

All base pricing includes trailer rental and décor, bartenders, prep time, set up & break down time, and travel up to 30 miles from League City, TX - 77573. Each additional mile is $2.50. You purchase and provide all alcohol.

We can accommodate your party, big or small! The Claire is our satelite bar we can set up just about anywhere. So if the trailer is too big to fit for your event we can do bartending service with out satelite bar only inside or out!

Step 1: We will have a phone consultation to discuss your event and answer any questions you may have.

Step 2: After you have looked over the agreement of services you can submit your deposit to hold your date.

Step 3: We provide you a clear and complete outline of beer, wine, and alcohol you will need to purchase for your event. Remember, since we are a "dry hire" you must purchase the alcohol yourself (but this means no additional fees and you can support a local liquor store!)

how it works
Texas law says this is a no no. And we don't want to get you (or ourselves) in trouble so cash or ticket bars are not an option.
will you have a tip jar or can we pay the tips for our guests?
Yes to both. We can set out a cash tip jar as well as accept tips by via apps like cashapp or zelle. We can also do a tip jar buyout, where you pay the tips instead of having a tip jar out.
Can we have a cash bar or "ticket" bar?
Absolutely! We will go over this in your consultation call.
I don't need the Trailer, do you still offer bartending services?
We certainly do! We can bring our sattelite bar (The Claire) and setup pretty much anywhere! It is a break-down bar we can fit into smaller areas.
Can I add on to a package?
We will calculate all of this for you, provide you with a detailed shopping list, and even point you to some local liquor stores that will discount!
How do i know how much booze to buy?
Mobile bars in the state of Texas are not allowed to sell alcohol. This means you purchase your own favorite brands, and we serve them.
